Mor Ephrem is a nice guy. Just say sorry and it will all be ok. Say I had things that were inside troubling me but I didn't know how to express appropriately. I will not behave that way again but I am seeking help.
It is a real, not composite photograph. If I recall correctly, it was taken in the wake of the attack on the Abu Fana monastery a few years back. Not really a funny situation, if you think about it.
It's a nationalist thing. I had a great-aunt who used to make lamb on that day.

The Armenian word for turkey (the bird) is "huntgahav." "Huntga" comes from "Hunteeg," which means Indian. "Hav" means chicken.

I never thought of that. Of course the "hunteeg" in this case refers to Native Americans, but the h-n-t root would have its origins with the word Hindu.
