So besides Lev Gillet, St. Gorazd, Gabriel Bunge, what other Catholic priests have converted to Orthodoxy?  Has a bishop ever done so?

Does Alexis Toth count? He was a Byzantine Catholic priest before converting to Eastern Orthodoxy.

Fr. Dajad Yardemian, of the Armenian Western Diocese in the US, was an Armenian Catholic priest before converting.

Fr Orestes Chornock.

There were a number of Greek Catholic clergy who followed Father Orestes...I recall Fr. Stephen Varzaly, Father Peter Molchany, Fr. Irenaus Dohly, Fr. Peter Zapotocky (he died Greek Catholic though) and many others whose names I forgot.

In recent years Father Nicholas Ferenc and Father Donald Valasek left the BCC and serve ACROD Parishes today.

Then there is the sad story of Fr. Stephen Dzubay , who was Chancellor for the Slavic Greek Catholics in 1916, bypassed by Rome on the death of Bishop Ortynsky, made a Bishop for the  Rusyns by the Russian Orthodox, left without a portfolio by them upon the Revolution and returned to the RCC and died in an upstate NY Graymoor monastery in 1933.

There are others....

Fr. William Popp, Fr. John Martin, Frs Paul de Ballester-Convallier, Joachim Parr, John Anthony McGuckin and Alexis van der Mensbrugghe (they were RC monks but not sure whether they were ordained), Dc. Daniel Zelynskyy, Fr. José Cortés y Olmos, Fr. Vincentius Escharcha - first heard of him, Fr. Alexander Dzubay, St. Gabriel Kostelnik, Fr. Réné-Francois Guettée...

Abbe Guette in France, possibly also Fr. Dennis de Chambeau.

And Bishop Paul of Nazianzus http://orthodoxwiki.org/Paul_(de_Ballester-Convallier)_of_Nazianzus. He was a Franciscan.

An embittered and dying Bishop Stephen Dzubay was credited with conveying the phrase "Ani do Rim, ani do Moskvi! (neither to Rome nor to Moscow!)" to Father Chornock and several lay people who visited him at the Graymoors shortly before his repose in 1932 when they sought his advice as how to handle the forthcoming Greek Catholic revolt over Latinizations and celibacy. In that sense he pushed Fr. Orestes and the lay leaders into opening channels with the Greek Archbishop of New York, Athenogoras (enthroned in 1930 and born in the same year as Father Chornock. They soon became close friends.) who of course later became the EP. Those channels resulted in the reception into Orthodoxy of what is now ACROD  and the consecration to the episcopacy of Father Orestes in Constantinople in 1938.

Were not the late Abps Peter and Job (OCA) also formerly Catholic?

I think Arch. Peter was a RC but Arch. Job was cradle Orthodox.

I forgot about the late Bishop Innocent of Alaska. Born and raised a Byzantine Catholic in Hazleton, Pa, he converted to Orthodoxy while in Seminary at SS Cyril and Methodius BCC in Pittsburgh. He was ordained as a single priest by the late Bishop John of ACROD as Father George Gula in the 1970s. He is buried near his parents' faintly plot at the Byzantine Catholic cemetery in Hazleton, PA!
