Hey, be nice.  Were it not for St Thomas, there's a decent chance that would've been my god.  :P

For which you thank St. Thomas every day of your life. God grant there be more to follow him.

If you spend long enough on this forum, you'll come away with all sorts of weird, untrue ideas of Orthodox Christianity.

I would suggest most persons in general avoid any question beginning with why.

There is an Orthodox Encyclopaedia but I don't know of any dictionary.

What words are you struggling with?

Um, aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall of them.  lol.
Some of my questions might appear patently stupid to those well-versed in Orthodoxy, but I'm brand new, having no background in the faith.  Please grant me a great deal of patience and consideration as I learn the basics.

Does anyone know of an Orthodox dictionary?  There's an average of three to five words in every single post that I have no idea what they are or mean.

Try here: http://www.orthodoxchristianity.net/dict/index.php/Main_Page

Not know how expanded it is.

Why do posters that claim to have me blocked keep sending me pms and responding to my posts? That makes no sense.

Got all excited to click on that link, and it told me in bold, intimidating fashion that I do not have permission to access that page.  I sit here feeling all inadequate and whatnot.  lol.

I found that one while poking around yesterday.  I really am a horrible googler.  Looks like a good site, and I've bookmarked it.  Thank you so much.
