and as much as I am skeptical of any religion that purports to wipe away social and economic problems in a mist of mystical clatter
what religion would that be?
Question a friend, perhaps he did not do it; but if he did anything so that he may do it no more.
A hasty quarrel kindles fire,
and urgent strife sheds blood.
If you blow on a spark, it will glow;
if you spit on it, it will be put out;
and both come out of your mouth

Political Values

Radicalism   50
Socialism   43.75
Tenderness   40.625

These scores indicate that you are a moderate; this is the political profile one might associate with a jaded materialist. It appears that you are moderate towards religion, and have a balanced attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear neither committedly capitalist nor socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a political centrist.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, an idealist with very few strong opinions.

This concludes our analysis; we hope you found your results accurate, useful, and interesting.

Unlike many other political tests found on the Internet which base themselves on untested (and usually ideologically motivated) ideas, this inventory is adapted from Hans Eysenck's own political inventory which was developed after extensive empirical investigations in the 20th Century

Radicalism   61
Socialism   50
Tenderness   59.375

These scores indicate that you are a moderate progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with an animal rights activist. It appears that you are skeptical towards religion, and have a pragmatic attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear neither committedly capitalist nor socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a political centrist.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a pragmatist with very few strong opinions.

although the test is overly-simplistic it prob gets your basic direction right. to say "100% communist" has not much more meaning than saying "100% christian".
and as much as I am skeptical of any religion that purports to wipe away social and economic problems in a mist of mystical clatter, so I am of any  political ideology, communism included, insofar as it pretends to have a "scientific" answer to everything. i think that 19th century marriage of many strains of marxism to the century's scientism was bad for the communist movement.
This.

But I will say my results are on point.

I tried the test, and it's a crock, both in its assessment of me, and, more importantly, in the sloppy wording of many of the questions, which lend themselves to all sorts of interpretations, thereby skewing the results.
Stop whining and put up your scores
LBK is just upset because it came back and said, "you are actually a protestant.  You have poor taste in iconography and you don't have strong opinions on anything."  ;D

I'm not upset at all. I refuse to dignify this crock of a quiz. I also don't believe in divulging every last detail of my life online. Comes with the territory of being a grumpy old fart.  ;)

Political Values

Radicalism   52.75
Socialism   68.75
Tenderness   90.625

These scores indicate that you are a very tender-minded moderate; this is the political profile one might associate with a protective parent. It appears that you are accepting of religion, and have a generally optimistic attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as left-wing.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a pragmatist with few strong opinions.

Finally got the time to take this.

Quote
Radicalism 44.5
Socialism 12.5
Tenderness 59.375

These scores indicate that you are a moderate; this is the political profile one might associate with a protective parent. It appears that you are moderate towards religion, and have a balanced attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear laissez-faire capitalist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as right-wing.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a centrist with many strong opinions.
Aside from the "moderate towards religion" part, pretty accurate.

I did not know it was even there. My cache did not preserve the prior results so I had to take the test again. I am somehow more radical this time:

Radicalism   72
Socialism   100
Tenderness   84.375

I forgot to answer question three. I went back and did it like instructed:

Radicalism   72
Socialism   100
Tenderness   87.5

Question 3 is Religious beliefs of all kinds are just superstitions. I strongly disagreed.

Description:

"These scores indicate that you are a very tender-minded moderate progressive; this is the political profile one might associate with an animal rights activist. It appears that you are moderate towards religion, and have a balanced attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear communist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as left-wing.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, an egalitarian with several strong opinions."

I decided to vote the opposite: polar opposites switched, leaning switched to the opposite leaning, and middle of the road remaining the same.

Radicalism   22.5
Socialism   0
Tenderness   18.75

"These scores indicate that you are a very tough-minded moderate conservative; this is the political profile one might associate with a drill sergeant. It appears that you are moderate towards religion, and have a balanced attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear laissez-faire capitalist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as right-wing.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a eugenicist with several strong opinions."

As someone how is now forced to state that Religious beliefs of all kinds are just superstitions. This is a remarkable conclusion. It is also encouraging that as an eugenicist, that I have a well balanced attitude towards humanity in general.

Radicalism   30.75
Socialism   50
Tenderness   65.625

These scores indicate that you are a tender-minded moderate conservative; this is the political profile one might associate with a sincere clergyman. It appears that you are trusting of religion, and have a compassionately humanistic attitude towards humanity in general.

Your attitudes towards economics appear neither committedly capitalist nor socialist, and combined with your social attitudes this creates the picture of someone who would generally be described as a political centrist.

To round out the picture you appear to be, political preference aside, a pragmatist with several strong opinions.

The claim that I have "a compassionately humanistic attitude towards humanity in general" took me by surprise, but the rest of the analysis was pretty spot-on.

But yeah a eugenicist has a balanced attitude of humanity, they just get rid of all the bad guys.
