You'd be Mihai Călin in Romanian... Your surname is also a common first name around here.
And in Greek, Μιχαήλ Δαφνής (mi-kha-EEl da-fnEEs), also a common surname here, or (more specifically) Μιχαήλ Βακκίνος (mi-kha-EEl va-kEE-nos) since the plant Viburnum is Βακκίνιον (va-kEE-nee-on) in Greek. I'm pretty sure I went to the same school with a Βακκίνος guy in my early school years
