Chasin' down a Hoodoo...

« on: August 21, 2013, 01:31:57 PM »

Found this book yesterday hidden behind another book in my library and have it next in line to read.  I understand that there are some oddities about the author himself (Pastor of a non-canonical "orthodox" church) but wanted to discuss the contents of the book itself.  Any y'all read it?  What do you have to say about it?  Should I keep it or sell it?

Yes, yes, youth is wasted on the young. And so is accumulated experience wasted on the old, the positives of modernism wasted on moderns, the beauty of Christianity wasted on Christians, the utility of scholarship wasted on scholars, and on and on.
