Job Let-Go
« on: August 12, 2013, 11:17:21 PM »
This afternoon I was let go from my job position. Please pray as I search for a new one and for faith to get through this unemployment period.

Side note: I am afraid of how I am going to pay for bills, I do not qualify for Unemployment Insurance.

Times are difficult but do not despair...believe and pray...I am not just saying this but have witnessed how things can change rather quickly. Think of this as a chance for something new. May Lord help you dear brother.

Lord, have mercy.
Psalm 37:23 The Lord guides a man safely in the way he should go.

Prov. 3: 5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.

May The Lord be merciful towards you and aid you in quickly finding new employment - even better than the last!

I'm very sorry to hear that (and I hate terms like 'let go', unless one really wanted out and was kept hostage). I will keep you in my prayers. Keep reminding yourself that God won't abandon you in your hour of need.

Are you sure?  I supposedly wasn't, but I filled the form out, and lo and behold!  (we're in the same state).

It may be worth a shot, anyway. Also, if your state is like Georgia, they have a wealth of resources for jobseekers, even if you're not eligible.

St. Michael, pray for us.
He will come again with glory to judge the living and the dead. His kingdom will have no end.

You are right. I apologize for having sacked Constantinople. I really need to stop doing that.
