My wedding ring is worth closer to 1k now. It has appreciated in value more than 50%.
No luck finding the stone. I will be checking the vacuum cleaner bag next. The jeweler only warranties their work for 6 months So I am not going to get them to do anything. They certainly won't replace the stone. And they wouldn't fix the ring and re-install the stone even if I were to find it.
Lord have mercy.
St. Nectarios and St. Nicholas pray to God for us.
Did you check the drain pipes? It could be stuck in the trap.
This could be a design flaw. Future stones could be sprung by a spring like action.

The memory of God should be treasured in our hearts like the precious pearl mentioned in the Holy Gospel. Our life's goal should be to nurture and contemplate God always within, and never let it depart, for this steadfastness will drive demons away from us. - Paraphrased from St. Philotheus of Sinai
