Please remember in your prayers Matushka Tatiania, the wife for Fr. John Voss, rector at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church (MP) here in Baltimore.  She is not doing well and in hospice care at the moment.

Lord, have mercy!

A bit late on this, but Matushka has reposed in the Lord.  Her obit:

Quote
Matushka Tatiana Vass, age 53, of Ellicott City, Md., on June 26, 2013, died at home surrounded by her loving family after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Married for 17 years, she was the wife of the Rev. Priest John Vass and the mother of two sons, Gregory, 16; and Nicholas, 13.

Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, she was the daughter of the late Very Rev. Mitred Archpriest Nikolai and Matushka Ludmila Kuzmin. Matushka Tatiana graduated from the Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia with a degree in library science and worked for more than 12 years as a librarian in St. Petersburg Theological Academy and Seminary in Russia. For the last 14 years, she held many responsibilities assisting her husband at Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Church in Baltimore, Md. Matushka was active with the parish's St. Catherine Sisterhood, caring for the adornment of the church temple. She consistently showed love and concern for the children of the parish, assisting with many projects for the youth and she held important roles in many parish fundraisers. She was loved by many Orthodox faithful in the Baltimore region for untiring support of the church and work for the parish.

Thanks to her example, many people drew closer to the Orthodox faith. At home, Matushka Tatiana was an avid gardener, great cook and most of all, a loving mother to her two sons.
