All that stuff in the Bible and yet we have no money.

What stuff? The 'you will be persecuted, jailed, put to death for me' bit?

There are only two ways to have enough money: make more, or spend less.

Not at all. Some Christians in Book of Act, like Cornelius  were quite rich. However, they did not use the money to satisfy their need or have a luxurious life. Insteaad. They use the money to support the Church and help the poor.
