I can finally say booze! Canadian whisky! A drop of water just to bring out the best, not too much though. No ice, which is a no no for me when it comes to booze. On the rocks for me takes away so much of the character of the whisky. It is like putting your champagne in the fridge to chill rather than in ice and water. You loose so much when you drink booze the wrong way.

I've been on a white Russian kick as of late.  I found a really cheap Polish vodka.  I would stick with Russian but we are broke over here so I have had to replace holy Stolichnaya with uni...East Cath Sobieski.  Not bad, though.

Brocoli, collard greens, raspberries, romaine, parsley, oats, flax.

Doctors say this might allow me to live longer. I dunno. It will certainly seem like an eternity though.

Good question. The oats and flax would certainly add bulk to the drink, hence a smoothie effect.

The sugar level in any juice product is too high. Doctor told me to dilute it in half with tea or water.
Diabetes now runs in my family. This is recent as my grandparents did not have diabetes.
