Sure! Just say "Lord, please have mercy on me and allow safe travels in this car!"

or use the ancient version:

"LORD, bless my feet insuch I doeth no harm whilt I stumble and crash unto others breaking many of feet and legs"

Just say the regular prayers before travel, and if you're really worried about it sprinkle holy water all over your car.  Or just ask your priest to do it!  I'm sure he won't mind
