I went to the VA again today and got the results from an x-ray I had back in February. I have degenerative facets on the right side of my spine going from my L4-L5 and L5-S1. The doctor told me that meant I pretty much have arthritis. Physical Therapy probably wont help the pain go away, but may make me more flexible and more able to withstand the pain. I am 26 years old and I have arthritis... Thank you US government  |

Sorry about your Arthritis,Lord have mercy on you.I have arthritis too,It started at age 14 I am now 54,I have friends that have babies with it,there are over a 100 kinds of arthritis.Some of the help is med and food changes.When you eat acid foods more than alkaline you get inflammation and pain.again sorry about it.

Any medication that can help the pain?
The doctor recommended Aleve for temporary pain relief. He doesn't think physical therapy will help, but we have to try that before we can try chiropractic. |
