Beyond the Hills

Has anyone seen this film, which came out recently? It's based on this story from some years back: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/4107524.stm

I remember reading about it, but I haven't watched the movie.

No, but I probably will if I can get hold of a copy. I end up seeing pretty much all Romanian films that come out in the west nowadays anyway, and this looks like one I might be interested in - though I'm not entirely certain if I expect it to be a good or bad experience watching it.

We owe greater gratitude to those who humble us, wrong us, and douse us with venom, than to those who nurse us with honour and sweet words, or feed us with tasty food and confections, for bile is the best medicine for our soul. - Elder Paisios of Mount Athos
