Just something I came to think about, but I wondered, can we use euphemisms, since it's not tecnically swearing?

It is an education process for me as I learn about the psychology of spiritual apostasy. And others get the benefit of perhaps hearing righteousness for the first time.
Blessed are the Peacemakers, for they shall be called the sons of God.

Or 'goshdarnit', 'holy guacamole', etc. Me, I've got a good cache of the Edwardian stuff that would amuse me to no end to see bandied about again.

More or less. Anything, we use as replacements.

If your intention is to cuss, just cuss. Technicalities is the Devil's game. Just look out for all the people who are lining up to buy soy-based bacon product in the coming weeks. But if I am going to use euphemisms, I personally prefer to go the sci-fi route and use “frak” and “gorram.”

I say this way too much. Or too little. I'm not sure.

I have a friend who calls these expressions "Second-hand cussing." I tend to agree with him. Best thing, I guess, is too increase your vocabulary so you can express yourself without cussing. Just my $0.02.
