Maybe it's just the health profession in me, but my God, more than the possibly notorious use of crosses and icons as fashion, these women really need to eat.PS LOL at choy's comment!

No need for banners on a pole.
It seems a bit disrespectful to me. I wonder what's on the other side? Are they going to be sitting down on an icon?

(In other news, I believe we've found James' dream wife. Let's hope she can cook.)
Can't be any worse than Anne V wearing an Orthodox prayer rope while posing nude.
That's no way to talk about Michal.

I think most regulars here would easily guess what I think of this ..... I'd like to see the same designer pull the same stunt with verses from the Koran as decorative elements. Let's see how far he'd get. *snort*

All those women wear the icons at the height of their breasts and their crotch. Brb, venerating those icons.

If I see someone regularly wearing this, I'd bring my hand censer and incense them if just to annoy them enough to never wear it again.

The poor girl won't know what hit her .... or who will get to her first - the priest or the babushki.

I actually like a couple of these. Some are innapropriate, but I like the concept. It's not the first attempt of bringing byzantine themes to modern fashion though. Here are two others:Nicole Miller 2006Chanel 2011
I got nothing.
