Today (or at least somewhere this month) is the 1700th anniversary of the Edict of Milan. The Serbs are hosting a big party.

The real anniversary is tomorrow (due to 1 day difference between Julian and Gregorian calendars in the IV century).

Great, now when all the Evangelicals on facebook mention this and start saying things like "Yay! The day WE were freed!" I'm going to be angry the entire day at the thought of them trying to connect their modern 100 year old selves to the Orthodox Christians on the 4th century.

Old or New Calendar?   :D

If it's a big Serbian party, I would hope it would go on for more than just one day. Besides, the New Calendar people will just be there early.
