On 16 February 2013, His Holiness Aram, the Armenian Catholicose visited His Holiness Ignatius Zakka, the Patriarch of Antioch and all the East, who is currently staying at the Atchane monastery in Lebanon. The Catholicos was accompanied by Rev. Mesrob Sarkissian, and the ecumenical officer, Archbishop Nareg Alemezian.  Mor Theophilos George (Syriac Orthodox Metropolitan of Lebanon)and Mor Clemis Daniel (Syriac Orthodox Archbishop of Beirut) joined the meeting.
