Did St. Justin ever write about the ongoing OO-EO dialogues*, especially the idea that we really had the same faith (mostly) all along, and the potential issues with this view?


* Admittedly they were still fairly new at the time of his death.

I know that a certain monk who admired St. Justin no longer posts here, but we still have some people who are more familiar with the Serbian Church here... anyone? Smiley

I don't know but would be interested. At my former Serbian parish Oriental Miaphysite peoples would be received by Chrismation before receiving communion. This was not done publicly and was very quick. No ceremony of any kind under the bishop's orders. Basically a confession and a quick anointing on the head.

Of course the implication seems to be that the person must be filled with the Holy Spirit, so make of that what you will...
