What's the situation of Orthodoxy among Finno-Ugric people within Russian? Are there native clergy? Are services translated into native languages?

What's the situation of Orthodoxy among Finno-Ugric people within Russian? Are there native clergy? Are services translated into native languages?

I know someone who has worked in Khanti-Mansi and learned the language, but he was Protestant at the time.
