I am requesting prayers for a friend of mine.  She is deeply interested in Orthodoxy and wants with all of her heart to convert.  She is a very pious Christian, and sees the light of Orthodoxy.

One large stumbling block for her is that she is married to a woman, and has been for the last several years.  Not wanting to leave her wife, yet still wanting to follow Christ, she feels an understandably large pressure.

She and her wife will be meeting with the priest this weekend.  Please pray that all goes well.  Whatever happens, may God help the souls of my friend and her wife.

Most Holy Theotokos, save us.

May God guide and restore both her and her partner!

May He also grant wisdom and discretion to His faithful Priest!

Lord, have mercy upon these women, and gently guide them to the Church.
