In one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church-meaning?

In the creed, we refer to "the one catholic and apostolic holy Church." and I've read a webpage that calls us "the Holy Catholic and Orthodox Church."  What does this mean?  I know Orthodox means we have the right faith, and holy probably because we should be set apart for God (and following Him, not the world). Apostolic would be how we are founded. What does Catholic mean in this context? I read in my other Catholic thread that it may not mean Universal (like I was taught as a child). Is it maybe Catholic because the faith is universally true?

My thoughts...

One - United, on body, one mind of Christ; one Holy Spirit guiding the Church; the body of Christ cannot be divided

Holy - Called to sanctity and following God, set apart, a "peculiar people," called to be virtuous and seek God with all our hearts

Catholic - Whole and entire, not lacking anything, wherever two or three are gathered as the Church, under their bishop, in the Church

Apostolic - Having an apostolic character, derived from and continuing in apostolic authority, continuity and teachings
