Finno-Ugric Orthodoxy within Russia
« on: February 07, 2013, 04:23:14 PM »
What's the situation of Orthodoxy among Finno-Ugric people within Russian? Are there native clergy? Are services translated into native languages?

the people on this forum have to stop taking themselves so seriously. None of us are some modern-day Athanasius, we all just have nothing better to do.

I know someone who has worked in Khanti-Mansi and learned the language, but he was Protestant at the time.

If you spend long enough on this forum, you'll come away with all sorts of weird, untrue ideas of Orthodox Christianity.
