-Dad has a business trip to the other side of the country. -My mom is post surgical and needs to be careful about what she eats. -I'm the best in the family to help care for her. My brother is sick. -Because my brother is sick and in school two nights a week, I'm likely to go from rarely cooking to making sure cooking and all dishes are done each day and that we have what we need is something comes up. -I don't know if my mom knows, but my dad's transmission is starting to go. I can feel it shift when I change gears. My parents also just paid for my brother's major car repair and will be needing to take it to a dealer for a recalled part. -Hopefully I have everything fixed on my car (and if so, thank you Lord that it was not too expensive and please let it last a long time). -My parents just started going back to church on a regular basis again, and things (like our heater last weekend or my mom's printer trouble when dealing with medical documents two days before surgery) tend to happen when this happens. -I have a personality that puts too much responsibility on me and a habit of habit of excusing or avoiding things that I should do to take care of my own life, like I have not been effectively job hunting much in a week and a half and need to do some organizing. I know there has been a lot going on, but I need to let some things go and get myself in gear better. -On a less personal note, my godfather's dad recently died, so I am sure his family could use some comfort.

This nice lady in my mom's small group at her church is bringing dinners. My brother got in to see the doctor and has an antibiotic. His car is also back at the mechanics (probably ok, but small chance of something big and bad), and the heater repair man is going to do some more work and replace stuff to prevent future problems. So, prayers for low hospital bills are good. Thanks!

Lord have mercy! I will pray for you, your family and for things turning good in all ways.
Hang in there and bless you for taking care of your mother.

Thanks, Tommelomsky. It, God-willing, will be getting better now. Dad is back, mom finally gets a chance to rest, and the cars seem to be working ok. The heater is more permanently fixed. Mom's printer is not working quite right, but mostly it is just healing of people now and general spiritual protection for the family/house/things directly affecting.
I was calling my mom after work to see if she needed anything, and she was saying that she was feeling really discouraged, that she could really use some prayer, and that there was no word on my brother's car. I was praying a bit on my way home and my brother's car was ready to be picked up with no charge when I got home.
Apparently my godfather's month has been like my last couple weeks. Please remember him and his family in prayer.

Guess what light came on when I was driving to church? Service engine.
Good friend is also job hunting and needs to find something within the next few months.
