May I asked what happened to Fr. Ambrose? I just did a quick search and it appears that he was banned last year, but does anyone know how he's doing?

And not to make anyone angry with me (because I haven't converted to Orthodoxy - yet!), but I'm really glad I took the time off (during our Lent). I was getting really confused and unsure about which church I "should" belong to - then when I was away from the board, realized I was allowing others (online) to tell me what I "should" do, rather than waiting for God to lead me. I now feel a lot more relaxed and willing to await God's leading, rather than trying to push forward based solely on my whims and personal desires. He's always led me where He wants me in the past; so I trust He'll do the same in the future.

I will only say of you what St. Gregory the Theologian said of his father, St. Gregory of Nazianzius ("St. Gregory the Elder"): "He was one of us even before he was of our number." You are more orthodox than most members of this board. And yes, we did miss you.

^And now some wiseguy will say "are we Orthodox in degrees?" The answer is yes and no. We are all among the faithful when we are in real communion with the Church just the same. But in terms of orthodox views, let's face it, some more than others. Personally, I would like to trade some of those who are under the Vatican but are really Orthodox in spirit for some who are nominally Orthodox but belong somewhere else.
