How does this translation compare to that of the Holy Transfiguration Monastery's? Is it good/accurate?

I perused the copy provided above and the HTM Ladder in hand and they seem to be the same.  HTM did make revisions if I recall.

As early as the eighth word of the translation, there are differences between this and HTM's.
