Not yet, it's 18:31 on the Eastern coast.  Probably about 15:31 in California, 14:31 in Alaska and 13:31 in Hawaii as of the time I'm writing this post.

If by America you mean specifically the United States, then yes, some parts of it are already in 2013.  :)

Happy New Year!
To God be the Glory in all things! Amen!

Only pray for me, that God would give me both inward and outward strength, that I may not only speak, but truly will; and that I may not merely be called a Christian, but really be found to be one. St.Ignatius of Antioch.Epistle to the Romans.

Happy New "Orthodox" Year! ;)

That's great to be a new-style-Orthodox. Celebrating on the 1st of January, and then - last Friday a party in the rectory (the plae where preists lieve and Sunday school takes places) of my parish and yesterday at home of some Orthodox friends.

BTW, in Serbian it's called "Srpska Nova Godina" - "New Serbian Year" as if it was only for our nation
Pray for persecuted Christians, especially in Serbian Kosovo and Raška, Egypt and Syria
