An acquaintance of mine, who is a very close friend of many of my close friends, was involved in a car accident late Christmas day in Alabama while it was storming really bad.  He is currently recovering in the hospital, but unfortunately his wife didnt make it.  These people were very young, probably in their mid 20's.  He and his wife were on staff at a prominent Church in the area that that I work for sometimes.  Pray for their families and friends as this has really shaken up our community around here the last couple days.

If anyone could link me to any prayers for those who are suffering a loss, or something in that nature that would be appropriate for this tragic scenario, I would appreciate that as well.

Lord, have mercy.

Even if we have thousands of acts of great virtue to our credit, our confidence in being heard must be based on God's mercy and His love for men. Even if we stand at the very summit of virtue, it is by mercy that we shall be saved.

Lord have mercy, may her memory be eternal.

Psalm 37:23 The Lord guides a man safely in the way he should go.

Prov. 3: 5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.

May Celeste's memory be eternal. Lord, have mercy on those who grieve for her.
Lord, have mercy on Ryan, and grant him a full and quick recovery.

Lord have mercy

Remember, never to fear the power of evil more than your trust in the power and love of God.
