Let me correct the first post.
What I was speaking of is related to The Monk and the Jesus Prayer - After a verbal recitation of the Jesus Prayer is translated as "prayer activity" in the Nousia/Heart area.
Most English readers when reading English are going to think that when you write: A String of Words which are Underlined and have the "Important" Words Capitalized
You are referring to titles of titles of magazines, books, newspapers, academic journals, films, television shows, long poems, plays, operas, musical albums, works of art, etc.
Technically, they should be italicized when you can and we can here, but underlining conveys the meaning.
Are you referring to any of the above when you are "emphasizing" what you are saying?
EDIT: If you merely want to emphasize something use bold
without any odd capitalization preferably or ALL CAPS. Or both if you really want to scream something at someone.
