Also, how should one dress to attend the Divine Liturgy?
Dress conservatively, and respectfully.
Also, it depends on the parish. In my ROCOR parish, a nice dress shirt and trousers will do you just fine, while the Greek church i go to sometimes, anything less than a full suit will look out of place a little. A nice compromise I find, if i am ever unsure to dress, in any situation(church or otherwise) is what is called a business casual dress, which is a nice pair of trousers and a polo.
Remember though, most importantly, your dress should be to glorify God and not be distracting.
