Vandals have spray-painted "Death to Christianity" and "Jesus, son of a whore" on a Greek Orthodox monastery in Jerusalem [...] Extremist Jews [...] are suspected.
And in those 2000 years the pharisaic Jews didn't change a bit...

And in those 2000 years the pharisaic Jews didn't change a bit... I thought the usual line was that the Pharisees were the ones who were the most receptive to the Christian message, and thus the Sadducees were the ones who continued what became modern-day Judaism.

No, the Sadducees disappeared completely after the destruction of the temple.

Pray for Fr. Claudios who lives alone in that monastery.

Great, thank you, you have made my next point, namely, since MOST Jews today are descended from the Pharisees, and MOST Jews don't practice hate crimes like this, don't blame all "pharisaic Jews" for these acts of vandalism. And pray for those affected by the violence.

And to think a local pastor called me an antisimitic neo-nazi for suggesting that Israelis aren't pro-Christian.

And? Many Churches in Greece have such graffiti. Some in Greek, some in English. Of course, most of Greece is tagged, but still...
It's sad but what can you do?

It was probably some Muslim. Let's go draw a picture of Muhammed with the face of a dog and pig and see how they like it.

Why should they insult their own prophet?
