Dear Abdur,

It's out of print, but you can order it through interlibrary loan.  Tell them that Duke University Divinity School Library has a copy.

There are four used copies on Amazon.com, starting at $994.99. The cheapest one is a little worn, but you can get a "like new" one in "mint condition" for only $1700.00 (and the shipping cost is a real bargain at only $3.99!) Good luck, and happy reading!

I'm guessing you're extremely bored and restless today.

I was hunting for an old thread of Mo Ephrem, but settled for this instead!

Less Ephrem is better for your health.  :P
