Lord have mercy on us

« on: December 05, 2012, 06:01:47 AM »

May I ask everyone to keep myself and my family in their prayers.

As the situation in Syria worsens and my family (Grandmother who is in need of medical help, Aunt, Uncle, Cousins etc.) stuck there, I ask you to pray for them and for peace, and that one day we may see a smile not only on their faces but on all the people of Syria.

It really breaks my heart that my Dad is here in Australia watching the news 4 times a day and seeing this unfold before his eyes, and there is nothing he or we can do.

May the lord have mercy on us all and peace be upon his earth.

Remember, never to fear the power of evil more than your trust in the power and love of God.

Lord have mercy on your children in Syria.

Lord have mercy.

St. John of Damascus and St. Isaac, pray for us.

May God be with you and your family and all the people of Syria.  May he spare them from revolt and war.  May God be with all the Christ and Christian-loving armies.
