As what I know, EO is divivded into different parishes( around 19? ) . Each Parishes is ruled by one bishop. This is structure of EO Church
Is the structure of OO Church as the same as EO Church?

The EOC is divided into 14 autocephalous Churches (15 if you count the OCA, but the EP doesn't recognise it as autocephalous). Each is ruled by either a Patriarch, Archbishop or Metropolitan.
The OO Church is divided into 6 autocephalous Churches: the Copts, Ethiopians, Eritreans, Syriacs, the Malankara and the Armenians. They are ruled by Patriarchs and sometimes a (or more than one in the case of the Armenians) Catholicos. The OO Churches each have a great deal of autonomy and independence and there is no boss on earth of the OO, unlike the RC. The OO do have a Pope in Alexandria but he's only the Patriarch of the Copts. He isn't seen as infallible and doesn't have universal jurisdiction or all those things the Latin Pope has.

The EP has no fiat in the matter.

Question a friend, perhaps he did not do it; but if he did anything so that he may do it no more. A hasty quarrel kindles fire, and urgent strife sheds blood. If you blow on a spark, it will glow; if you spit on it, it will be put out; and both come out of your mouth

And there are also autonomous Churches both in EO (Russian Church Abroad, Sinai, Japan, Finland, Estonia, Ukraine, China? Belarus?) and in OO (Armenian Churches, British Orthodox Church, Syriac Church in India, French Orthodox Church under Copts?). Each of these Churches belongs to a particular autocephalus Church e.g Japan to Moscow Patriarchate

Doesn't the EP have some authority over the barbarian lands with canon 28 of Chalcedon? Why are we derailing this thread?

Doesn't the EP have some authority over the barbarian lands with canon 28 of Chalcedon? Not anymore-said lands neighboring its patriarchate are now autocephalous themselves. Why are we derailing this thread?
The OP brought it up. Back to its other point: among the EO there is a ranking and coordination between the Churches that one might notice such structure above the local Church among the OO. The OO, for instance, see little problem if any with the Armenian Catholicos having Churches in Egypt and even a Catholicos in Jerusalem. Romania's Church doing something similar in Palestine got itself struck from the diptychs in Jerusalem (elsewhere, I'm not sure how far that has gone).
