Except for the addition of Psalm 151?
"These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." -The Lord Jesus Christ

"I don’t know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve!" -Bilbo Baggins, The Fellowship of the Ring

And Maccabees III, and I Esdras.
We don't include them in our canon, AFAIK.

Part of the problem is that instead of going to an Orthodox translation going from Coptic to Arabic, they have more or less just adopted the Van Dyke Arabic translation, done by and for the Protestants.  The other big choice was the Jesuit translation.

Question a friend, perhaps he did not do it; but if he did anything so that he may do it no more.
A hasty quarrel kindles fire,
and urgent strife sheds blood.
If you blow on a spark, it will glow;
if you spit on it, it will be put out;
                           and both come out of your mouth
