Honda Worldwide Corporation?

By the way...congratulations on the new job!!!

Don't let these naysayers get you down.

Thank God you have employment!

You might change your mind once you know what it is.

Human Rights Campaign: Working for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Equal Rights.

You can even get a lectionary to learn about why LGBTQ are God's chosen.

A sample:

Quote
The exiled Israelites addressed in Isaiah 49 apparently had reasons for worrying about their
future as well. Indeed, verse 14 indicates that they felt “forsaken” and “forgotten” by God. Yet
the author of Isaiah 49 responds to such despair by “transgendering” Israel’s deity. Although
God is most often represented as a male deity in the Hebrew Bible, the prophet here
characterizes God as a compassionate mother who cares for the child that she nurses (verse 15).
Even if mothers do occasionally forget their children, the prophet continues, God will never
forget the Israelites. The message of this gender bending oracle is therefore one of hope and
encouragement.

Mazel Tov!

Seriously?

Really, James?

OMGosh....flipping burgers at McD's would be better.

Lord, have mercy!!!

Woe to those who call evil good
    and good evil,
who put darkness for light
    and light for darkness,
who put bitter for sweet
    and sweet for bitter.
(Isaiah 5:20)

Yes...because ending employment discrimination is a vile thing to do...

And promoting collective approval of sin is a good thing?

Read the prophets and their attacks on Israel's treatment of widows and orphans and the poor generally before you start talking about someone else "promoting collective approval of sin."
Why?

To be any more explicit about what I mean would be to delve into the fuzzy line between economics and politics.

I would agree.....however, nobody should truly know your sexual orientation at work, in the first place.

I don't run around telling everyone I am straight....and am truly offended when non-straight people feel they have to tell everyone they are gay.....and make a big show of it.

Only your close friends need to know whom you find attractive.

I also don't think it appropriate for straight men to have screen-savers of bikini clad women, nor women to have desktop images of hunky men on the beach.

Sex has no place at work.

So I presume you oppose family photos being placed on a desk?
Not at all.

I had a lot more in this post, but simple is better.  Of course, it depends on the photos.  Generic family photos are not a problem.

Please PM me.  It was a serious question.  Before I commit to a lot of research, I would like to have an idea of what I'm looking for.

The book of Amos is a pretty good place to start; I might pm more details or start a thread in the private forums, when I am less tired (I worked from 9 AM to 5 PM, most of it standing).
