Please pray for Nathaniel, a parishioner at St. John the Wonderworker parish in Eugene, OR. He has been battling cancer and  I just saw a message from his daughter on FB that he probably only has a week or two left to live. I had the pleasure of meeting him this summer and he struck me as a very pious and humble man who is taking his illness for his salvation. Lord have mercy!
