After I returned to my parish from my long absence,  I have started the standard weekly fasting (wednesday and friday).  My first meal of the day was from the asian bar at work which was brown rice with shrimp and vegetables.

Please pray for me,  it can get very tempting at work especially when you see others what they eat.
