LORD have mercy! How is your back?
I'm able to stand a lot longer during Matins and Divine Liturgy! I've been exercising every day and it helps a whole lot!

Thank you everyone for your prayers - His Mercy is indeed new EVERY morning!
We have some things worked out and some boundaries set. . . and some guidelines established and some reminders of promises made.
Please continue to pray for us. . . we have some significant work to do ahead of us.
Thank you! Thanks be to God the Lord of Heaven and Earth!

2 Cor. 12:9 And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
