I would like to make a Holy Icon/Pryaer corner in my home. Can anyone tell me where I can find some guidelines for doing this? Thanks.

Someone posted a similiar thread about a year ago.

Do a search (box is on the top in easy to access location) for "icons". I believe it will turn up some threads.

If not, I'm sure some folks will post here.

From orthodoxonline.com
Quote
If you can, there should be an icon of Christ on the right, and of Mary with the Christ child on the left, with a Cross in the center.  The icon corner should face east. Icon corners also may contain additional icons, a Bible, incense, candles, holy water, holy oil, etc.   BUT, every house should have one.

This is Dr. Alex Roman's take on Icon Corners, placement and such, it's a bit long. I'll keep googling.
