President Barack Obama visited Staten Island, New York today, November 15, 2012 to access the damage Hurricane Sandy left in its path. The President made some brief remarks in front of St. George Orthodox Church of Staten Island, NY to the press.
President Obama comforted the families who lost their homes due to the devastation of this super storm. He also briefly met with Rev. Fr. Alex K. Joy and some parishioners to offer his comfort and share hisgrief over the damage to the Church.
