There are some very good resources on the net for commentaries on the Scriptures. However, I was wondering if there is a website or a book that goes verse by verse or chapter by chapter noting which Church Fathers commented on these passages.

Ccel is okay for the above, but their listing of Church Fathers is limited and there is a lot of later Protestant commentary.

Any help is appreciated!

The Orthodox New Testament has numerous notes, including a lot of patristic commentary, especially from St. John Chrysostom, although it also includes comments from Sts. Bede, Theophylact, Gennadius, Ambrose, Jerome, Augustine and others.  It's divided into two volumes, one for the gospels and one for the rest of the NT.
