No.  That is not part of the Orthodox service of ordination.  The Eucharist is instead placed in the hand of the newly ordained during part of the service.

Ultimately, priest's hands are chrismated, along with all believers' hands during Chrismation, which generally comes after baptism. In the West, chrismation is confirmation, and is done, IIRC, through the laying on of hands in the RC Church. In the East, this is done through chrism and ordination is done through the laying on of hands.

In the Latin Church confirmation is done with both chrism and laying on of hands.
