Is it possible to change the forum's post editor to WYSIWYG or a better one? Please let me know if this is possible or not.

I find it a bit inconvenient with excessive HTML scattered all over the place.

I believe it might be, but it might also completely change the way the site works & we usually try to stay away from that kind of action.

If it's really that big of a hassle we could put a poll up, seeing how many people would benefit from such an action.  It would be good if we had some kind of majority thought on this topic, IMO

I hope this site never changes. Too used to how things work around here.

And honestly I have never come across a forum where WYSIWYG is implemented. The standard bb code is still utilized pretty much everywhere, although with minor differences.

And what excessive HTML? That's not even used when posting.

The forum at Monachos.net has WYSIWYG as its default setting.

It does? Might have to go back and look.

And as you already know LBK, I don't post over there because I hate the format and no avatars. Sad

I hope this site never changes.

Two things I'd like to see back:

1) full chat
2) that limited chat thing (I forget the term) located on the main page

OC.net voice chat support as well. Not sure video is a good idea...

The whole idea of an Orthodox forum is anachronistic. Wink
