Jesus's Step brothers/Sisters and cousins

Just wondering what happened to Jesus's brothers/sisters and cousins after he ascended into heaven. Did anyone talk with them about there Step brother Jesus, did they survive prosecution from the romans and pagans ?.

Good question. I'm not sure how to address the 'cousins' portion of the question, but we perhaps may presume that the half-siblings were quite a bit older. What that may mean...I'm not sure, either.

I find this a bit interesting, because the EOC teaches the Perpetual Virginity of Mary. Has the EOC abandoned this teaching of the Perpetual Virginity of Mary?

No, the Tradition is that the brothers and sisters of Christ are the children of Joseph from a previous marriage, not children of the Theotokos. Hence, the existence of brothers and sisters (who are clearly mentioned in the New Testament, of course) are no impediment to the belief in the Perpetual Virginity.

With regards to OP's question, I know nothing of the sisters of Christ after the ascension, but if I recall correctly all the brothers became leading members of the Church in and around Jerusalem. Obviously as was mentioned, St. James became the first bishop of Jerusalem so he's the one we know the most about.
