OC.net and timezones

How can I change my timezone settings on OC.net? The time of the replies don't make much sense for me now.

Profile -> Look and Layout Preferences -> Time Offset

It's important to note that you have to reset your timezone whenever you change between standard and daylight saving time. (Unless they've got that worked out by now.)
