Post your numbers and regiment.

I am 5'11" 240 lbs. I play Soccer-Football (as my (as now) part-time money maker), Rugby Union, MMA, Kung Fu, some Aussie Rules Football, and some Cricket.

I weight train M, T, W, F, Sat and I run M, T, W, F, Sat, Sun.

I take in 250g of Protein on days I train. 200g on just run days, and 150g on off days.

For the ones I remember off the top of my head, I do 345 lb Bench, 550 lb Squat, 240 lb Power Clean.

I lift Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and do cardio after lifting. Nothing too spectacular as far as numbers go. I have back problems, which limits what I can do, so I stick to moderate weights on anything that will strain the lower back, though the only thing I avoid entirely are good mornings. No other major injuries (at 33), but my elbows do get fried pretty quickly, especially from skull crushers and the like. I generally can't afford supplements, or for that matter a lot of protein. Haha thank you. I am not a beast, just lucky I have the time and materials to do it. This is just what you get from hard work and (outside of Church and my fiancee) no social life.

What brands of supplements do you use?

I'd recommend smaller weights, and more reps first (keep on the protein especially) to aid with running to drop the weight. If you can, use those supplements on days of, they won't hurt your weight loss, as long as you do a rough calorie count. Do you stretch everyday, including non-lift days?

Running in hoodies, the number one way to lose weight, I don't care what anyone says. laugh

My best competitive lifts were 265 sq, 165 bn, 315 dl @ 154 lbs  (am a girl elephant)
But now I'm old and a little ill,  over 125 lbs off that total though only 5lbs off the bodyweight.
Be careful of overtraining, that holds younger lifters back from reaching their best strength, and is the cause of many injuries.  I was strongest weight training 3 days a week.  
I don't get the jokes about peanuts, but don't enlighten me please.

More of a runner than a weight lifter. I run about two to four miles (depending on how I feel) six days a week and that is about it. I cut soda out of my diet because it is supposed to be bad for runners, but coffee is something that has remained with me.

5"10, 180lbs. The only weightlifting I've done recently are bicep workouts: lifting 0.5kg glasses of beer from the table up to my face.

5"10, 180lbs. The only weightlifting I've done recently are bicep workouts: lifting 0.5kg glasses of beer from the table up to my face.
