Dear Friends,
I'd like to welcome you all to this board, and to this particular folder dealing specifically with the Oriental Orthodox Churches. While the site in its entirety is about Orthodoxy, Chalcedonian and pre-Chalcedonian, I thought it would be a good idea to have a folder specifically dedicated to discussing issues related to the Oriental Churches, and so it was added soon after the site's birth in May of 2002. In the six or so months we've been up, it was my pleasure to moderate this forum, to share with you, and to learn from you. I hope we can continue this in the future.
I'd like to thank Anastasios, our administrator, for his efforts in bringing the site back up, and for his encouragement of this folder, and Nik for starting off the posting before I could welcome anyone. And Bobby, wherever you are, you really should've remembered to mail the disks.
Incidentally, a few mornings ago, I received a message from him on my computer; apparently he is doing well, and said "Greetings from Italia", but I digress.
