Last fall my dad's life was saved by a very talented surgeon. I recently found out that this doctor is now very ill himself, so much so that he has had to take a leave of absence from his practice. I was surprised to hear this, as he is relatively young. For reasons of confidentiality, I don't want to give his full name, but his first name is Roy. So I guess we'll call him Dr. Roy.
Please pray for Dr. Roy. He's saved lots of lives. Let's pray that God gives him many more years so he can continue in his good work.

Prov. 3: 5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Psalm 37:23 The Lord guides a man safely in the way he should go.
