Please pray for those travelling to and attending the Divine Liturgy and Assembly of Priests this Saturday, July 14th at Christ the Savior Cathedral in Johnstown, PA. The purpose of the Assembly (Sobor) is to elect a candidate to succeed the late Metropolitan Nicholas of Ammisos as Ruling Bishop of the ACROD. Lord have mercy and may the Holy Spirit guide the selection of a worthy candidate.

Question a friend, perhaps he did not do it; but if he did anything so that he may do it no more.
A hasty quarrel kindles fire,
and urgent strife sheds blood.
If you blow on a spark, it will glow;
if you spit on it, it will be put out;
                           and both come out of your mouth

May the Lord have mercy, keep everyone safe, and grant them the wisdom to do what is best for His Church.
